C. Lee and wife Nancy Nola Lee for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) to us in hand paid by T. C. Lee the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said T. C. Lee the following described real estate, to-wit: Commencing where the Newton and Campbellton road crosses the Wicksburg and Dothan road. The starting point being where the sign board now stands, and running east 24 yards, thence north 25 yards, thence west 24 yards, thence south 25 yards, to starting point. Said lands being a part of the NE 1/4 of SW 1/4, Section 17, Township 3, Range 25. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD to the said T. C. Lee, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever. And the said C. C. Lee and Nancy Nola Lee do covenant with the said T. C. Lee, his heirs and assigns, that they are seized in fee simple of said lands; that they are free from all incumbrances; that they have a good right to sell and convey the same; and that they will warrant and defend the same unto the said T. C. Lee, his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands of all persons. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto set our hands and seals this the 12th day of October 1902. C. C. Lee and Nancy Nola Lee, whose names are signed to the foregoing conveyance, and who are known to me, acknowledged before me on this day that, being informed of the contents of the conveyance, they executed the same voluntarily on the day the same bears date.
