following:  One undivided one-eighth (1/8) interest in S ½ of SE ¼ and NE ¼
of SE ¼ Section 17, Township 3, Range 25 for $500.00 on 1 November 1924.

Received this 18th day of March AD 1926 and $.50 license tax paid.
