Warranty Deed
The State of Alabama, Houston County

	Know all men by these presents that we, R. A. Lee and Genora Lee,
for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($250.00) to us paid in hand by T. B. Fowler, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said T. B. Fowler,
the following described real property, to-wit:

Ten (10) acres on the west side of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 18,
Township 3, Range 25.

To have and to hold the same unto the said T. B. Fowler, his heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns forever and the said R. A. Lee and
Genora Lee covenant with the said T. B. Fowler, his heirs and assigns that
they are seized in fee simple of said lands, that they are free from
incumbrance, that they have a good right to sell and convey the same; and
that we will forever warrant and defend the same unto said T. B. Fowler, his
heirs and assigns, against the lawful demands and claims of all persons.
	In witness whereof, we hereunto set our hands and seals this the
17th day of November 1906.

	I, W. J. Reynolds, a Notary Public and Ex Officio JP in and for said
County and State hereby certify that R. A. Lee and Genora Lee, whose names
are signed to the foregoing conveyance and who are known to me, acknowledged
before me on this day that, being informed of the contents of this
conveyance, they executed the same voluntarily on the day the same bears
date.
	Given under my hand, this 17th day of November 1906.

hereby certify that Genora Lee, whose name is signed to the foregoing
