Fowler ==================================================================== March 1999 The Dothan Eagle, Friday, March 6, 1992 Louise Fowler Lewis, 64, of 202 Madison Avenue, died Wednesday, March 4, 1992, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center following a long illness. The funeral will be held 3 p.m. today at Byrd Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Allen Thornton and Dr. R. C. Hammack officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Byrd Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Lewis was born November 30, 1927 in Houston County, and resided in Dothan most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Cloverdale Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Henry F. Lewis, Dothan; three sons and a daughter-in-law, H. Earl Lewis, Panama City, Florida; Charles K. and Judy Lewis, Dothan, Scott D. Lewis, Coral Springs, Florida; a daughter, Peggy Shelly, Dothan; two brothers, J. T. Fowler, Wicksburg, Don Fowler, Hartford; three sisters, Merle Lee, Dothan, June Norton, Clinton, Mississippi, Gay Beasley, Wicksburg, eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
