Mrs. Mary Alice Sellers, eighty-three, of Cottonwood, Rt. 1, died yesterday 
afternoon at her home after a short illness of three weeks.  She was a life-long 
resident of Houston County and a member of the Cottonwood Methodist Church.

Funeral services were to be held at 2:00 PM today at New Harmony Church.  The 
Reverend Dick Lindsey and Reid Henderson were to officiate with burial in 
Cottonwood Cemetery directed by Johnson Funeral Home.

Mes. Sellers is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Mattie Bradberry, Mrs. Alma 
Bradberry and Mrs. Lorna Hinson all of Cottonwood, Mrs. Erie Pynes of 
Auburndale, FL; two sons Bob and Burke Sellers of Cottonwood.

Mr. Sellers was a native of Cottonwood adn resided in the area most of his 
lifetime.  He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include two sisters, Erie Pynes, Cottonwood, and Mrs. Lorna Hinson, 
Dothan and one brother Burke Sellers, Cottonwood.
