Watson Elder Elbert E. Watson,80, retired Primitive Baptist preacher, died at his home in Cottonwood today,after a short illness. Funeral services will be held at Liberty Baptist Church tomorrow at 3p.m.,with the Rev.F.A. Collins and the Rev. A. B. Chumney officiating. Burial in the church cemetery will be directed by Ward-Wilson Funeral Home. Elder Watson,a native of Henry County,had resided most of his life near Cottonwood,where he operated a farm and served as a minister in the Primitive Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters;Mrs.Elmeady McCardley and Mrs.Mallissie McCardley both of Cottonwood Rt 2, five sons:,M.T. of Florala,the Rev.Ivey Watson of Laurel Hill, L.S. of Donaldsonville,Walter Lee of Auburndale,and J.J.
