Question 7 was:  How long did deceased reside at place of death? 

The answer is difficult to read it looks like 2 + years or 20 years???

Mr. Merritt had contracted the disease "at home" and the duration of the 
disease was "10 days" -- he had not undergone any surgeries associated with 
this illness.

Additional Comments:
I am looking for additional information on one W. M. Merritt who married 
Lottie Morgan  7/1/1906 in Dothan, AL.  I believe the above death certificate 
may be for Lottie's husband.  On the 1910 Houston Co., AL census W. M. Merritt 
was listed as age 38, with his wife Lottie and dt. Estell.  Lottie's brother 
Charles Morgan was living with the family at that time.

I would like to correspond with anyone who may have more information on this 
family.
