They are buried at Winslette Chapel Methodist Church (formerly known as Piney Grove Church), Houston County, Alabama. LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF W. L. FULFORD STATE OF ALABAMA HOUSTON COUNTY I, W. L. Fulford, a resident citizen of Houston County, Alabama, being of sound mind and disposing memory, and over the age of twenty-one years, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, revoking all former wills at any time heretofore made by me. First: I will that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my executor as soon after my decease as practicable. Second: I will and bequeath, to my three sons, namely, Adus Fulford, Perry Fulford, and Ralph Fulford all the personal property of ever kind and description that I die seized and possessed of or that I am entitled to at the time of my decease. Third: I will and devise to my son, Adus Fulford, a certain tract of real estate, situated in the County of Houston, City of Dothan, State of Alabama, more particularly described as follows: One house and lot in Dothan on North Alice Street Number 507 bounded as follows: On the East by North Alice Street, West by property known as Carmichael property, on the North by Bently property, on the South by Wilkerson, said house and lot fronting Alice Street fifty-two feet and running back two hundred and ten feet. One house and lot in Dothan on North Alice Street Number 508 bounded as follows: West by said North Alice Street, East by land known as Keyton property, South by Will Bennett, North by Ralph Fulford. Said lot fronting North Alice Street fifty-eight feet and running back one hundred and thirty-five feet. Fourth: I will and devise to my son Perry Fulford, a certain tract of real estate, situated in the County of Houston, City of Dothan, State of Alabama, more particularly described as follows: One house and lot in Dothan on West Burdeshaw Street Number 310 bounded as follows: On the south by said West Burdeshaw Street, on the North by Parish, on the East by Myres and on the West by Mrs. Hilmon. Fifth: I will and devise to my son Ralph Fulford, a certain tract of real estate situated in the County of Houston, City of Dothan, State of Alabama, more particularly described as follows: One brick stone house and two small dwellings in the Southeast corner of West Powell and North Alice Street bounded as follows: On the North by West Powell Street, on the South by Perry Fulford, on the West by North Alice Street, on the East by Adus Fulford. Said lot fronting West Powell Street sixty-seven and one-half feet and one hundred and thirty-two feet on North Alice. I nominate and appoint my son Adus Fulford as executor of this my last will and testament and declare that he shall not be required to give any bond for the performance of his duties arising hereunder; nor shall he be required to make any inventory of the property coming into his hands as executor, or make any report to the Court of his proceedings hereunder. Logue, Judge of Probate Before me, J. A. Logue, Judge of Probate in and for said County personally appeared in open Court, W. Perry Calhoun and Ernestine Scott Covington who, having been by me first duly sworn and examined, did depose and say on oath that they are subscribing witnesses to the instrument of writing now shown to them and which purports to be the last will and testament of W. L. Fulford, Deceased, late an inhabitant of this County; that said W. L. Fulford since deceased, signed and executed said instrument on the day the same bears date and declared the same to be his last will and testament, and that affiant set his signature thereto on the day the same bears date as a subscribing witness to the same in the presence of the said W. Perry Calhoun and Ernestine Scott; that said W. L. Fulford was of sound mind and disposing memory and in the opinion of the deponent, fully capable of making his will at the time the same was so made as aforesaid. Affiant further states that said W.
