The State of Alabama
Jackson County
Personally appeared before me David Tate Judge of Probate Court of said county, 
Wm. C. Wright, admr. of James B. Wright decd. who being duly sworn says that 
the above account is true (amounts given before this are not repeated here for 
space], and is a just and correct account of his administration of the estate 
of said James B. Wright decd.  And affiant further makes oath that the 
following named persons are the only heirs and distributees of the Estate of 
James B. Wright decd. viz Isham Wright, Nancy Peters, Nelson A. Wright who are 
of full age and reside without the state of Alabama and who are children of 
said James B. Wright decd.  James B. Wright, Gabriel Wright, Mary Jane Patton, 
wife of  ______ Patton, Nancy Ann Wright who are of full age and Andrew Wright 
and Isham Wright who are infants and all of whom reside without the State of 
Alabama & children of Andrew Wright a son of intestate dying in his life.  Wily 
Wright and Milburn Wright who are of full age George A. Wright, Maria J. 
Wright, LeRoy Wright, Levi Wright, James Wright who are infants all of whom 
reside in the county of Jackson, State of Alabama, children of James Wright a 
son of intestate dying in his life.  George Morris who resides in the County of 
Madison, State of Alabama, Mary Reese wife of Henry Reese, Martha E. Morris, 
Penelope P. Barclay, Eliza Isbell wife of Miller Isbell who reside in the 
County of Jackson, aforesaid and all of whom are of full age.  Locky Isbell 
wife of Jesse Isbell, of full age, John Barclay, James Barclay, William 
Barclay, Ellen Jane Barclay, Sarah P. Barclay infants residing in said county 
of Jackson and all children of Malinda Barclay a daughter of intestate dying 
hin his life.  Sarah Berry wife of Carrol Berry, Eliza Disharoon wife of David 
Disharoon, Margaret A. Shelton wife of Wm. Shelton, Paralee Letcher wife of 
James Letcher, Zachariah Wright and James K. P. Wright who are of full age and 
reside in said county of Jackson and are children of John Wright a son of 
intestate during [sic - should be dying] in his life, Martha T. Disharoon Libby 
Disharoon & Molly Disharoon who are children of a duaghter of said John Wright 
who died in the life of said intestate and they are infants, and this affiant 
who is a son of said intestate and who resides in Jackson County of Jackson 
[sic].

James Bradford Wright, born 1790 Virginia, died February 15, 1866 in Jackson 
Co., AL.
