French Admin To }Deed Abraham Gross This Indenture made this the 7th day of December One thousand Eight-hundred and Sixty one between Jere L. French administrator of Jesse French dec'd of the county of Jackson and State of Alabama, of the first part and Abraham Gross of Said County and State of the second part Witnesseth: that the said Jeremiah L. French admin of Jesse French dec'd for and in consideration of the just and full sum of Three hundred and fifty-six dollars and fifty cents to him in full paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, granted bargained and sold and conveyed by J.L. French as administrator of Jesse French dec'd to said Abraham Gross a certain tract or parcel of land lying in said County and State known as follows "to wit" the North West part (B) of the South East part of fractional section No. Eight Township five Range five East containing fifty acres more or less, To have and to hold the above described land with all the tenements and appurtenances, thereunto as in any wise append therein. To the said Abraham Gross his heirs as assigns forever and the said Jeremiah L. French adm's of Jesse French dec'd will warrant and forever, as adm's, defend the above described land and hereby granted premises, forever unto the said Abraham Gross, his heirs or assigns as adm's of Jesse French dec'd against himself and all and every person or persons holding under him the said J.L.
