Giddens} that we Abraham Gross and his wife Rebecca Gross and Nancy Davis and Jessee French and his wife Mary French for and in consider- tion of a (division?) of said lands in lots to us equally divided the receipt whereof we hereby acknowledge have bargained sold and quit claim and by these presents to bargain sell and quit claim unto said Martha J. Giddens and heirs and assigns forever all our and each of our right title (interest) estate claim and demand both at law and in equity and as well in possession as in expectancy of in and to all that certain piece or lot of land situate in the state and county aforesaid known in the division as lot No 4 four apart of the Author Burns Reservation with and singular the herediments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
