Giddins} that we J.L. French and Martha French his wife and Abraham Gross and Rebecca Gross his wife and Elizabeth French and Nancy S. Davis and Jesse French and Polly French his wife for and in consider ation of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to us in hand paid by Martha J. Giddens of the state and county aforsaid the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have bargained sold and quit claim and by these presents do bargain sell and quit claim unto the said Martha J. Giddens and to her heirs and assigns forever all our and each of right our right title estate claim and demand both at law and in equity and as well in possession as in expectancy of in and to all that lot or piece of land situate in the county aforsaid known as the interest of Isabella French deceased on the estate of Jesse French deceased (Viz: N. L. ?) French deceased known as part of the Arther Burns Reservation with all and singular the herediments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. In witness where of we the above named parties hereunto se our names and seals this the 11 day of April 1882. J. L. French and his wife Martha French and Abraham Gross and his wife Rebecca Gross and Elizabeth French whose names are signed to the foregoing and who are known to me acknowledge before me on this day that being informed of the content of the conveyance they executed the same voluntarily on the day the same bears date. Davis to me well known partly to the above instrument of writing bearing date the 26 day of May 1882 and acknowledged that she had signed, sealed and delivered the same for the purposes and consideration therein stated.
