French } that Abraham Gross the grantee and Rebecca Gross his wife, Luther Gideon the grantor and Martha J. Gideon his wife, Elizabeth French and Nancy S. Davis, for and in consideration of the sun of five dollars to them in hand paid by Jeremiah L. French and Henry G. French of Jackson County Alabama at and before the sealing and delivering hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold assigned and set over and by these presents do grant bargain sell assign and set over unto the said Jeremiah L. French and Henry G. French their heirs, assigns, & their interest in the tract or parcel of land lying and being in Jackson County, State of Alabama, known as the reservation of Arthur Burns for the Sauta Cave tract containing six hundred and forty acres of land including the said Sauta Cave to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land to themselves, heirs, & assigns & forever, as witness our hands and seals the 29th day of August 1857.
