His widow, Cynthia Jane Quinn had seven children under the age of 21 at that time. In 1905 when the case was first filed, the children's names and ages were as follows: James Leland Quinn, 20 - birthday Oct. 29 Alvie Austin Quinn 18 - born in Jan. Almus Verdo Quinn 16 Ovie Quinn 13 Dovie Quinn 10 Claude Virgil Quinn 8 George Nelson Anderson Quinn 5 The land in question was the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 35, Township 16, Range 6W (80 acres) and one acre off of the SE coerner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, same Section, Township, Range. Depositions from many people, including: O. P. Quinn, age 52 in 1911, brother of George N. Quinn - lived in Pratt City C. E. Quinn, 33 in 1911, a third cousin to George Quinn. He lived from 1904 to 1906 in Oklahoma. Additional Comments: Note: I am not related to any of these people, I just came across the info while cleaning and indexing loose records.
