Morrow, Judge of the Probate Court of said County, certify that Letters of Administration on the estate of George Ware deceased, were, on the 28th day of August, 1869, granted to W. C. Eubank Gen'l Administrator of said County who has duly qualified and given bond and security as such; and he is authorized to administer said estate -- Hereby requiring the said administrator to file in the office of the Court of Probate within two months, a true and full inventory of the goods, chattels, rights and credits, and to render a true and full account of his administration, whenever hereto legally required. Dated at Elyton this 28th day of august, 1869. Jno C. Morrow, Judge of Probate Additional Comments: W. C. Eubank's name shown as both Eubank and Ewbank. George's estate and his wife's were administered at the same time, after she died. The land was listed on his assets, all the household items, farm equipment, and livestock on hers. One of John Ware's children, Melissa, is on this document as heir, but not on final settlement documents in 1871. She evidently died between 1869 and 1871, to be left off the papers. However, her grave marker has date of death as Nov. 1877. ? Elam Ware, son of George, living in Pontotoc Co MS, was added to final settlement heir list, and the signed receipt for his share of the estate is in the original papers.
