Sadler therein particularly described, which deed conveyed to me in trust for the purpose of securing the payment of said debt, the following described tract of land (viz. The W ½ of the South East quarter of Section nineteen in Township 18 Range 3 West, and whereas in carrying out the provisions of said deed, I did on the 1st Monday in February 1846 before the Court House door in the Town of Elyton expose to sale to the highest bidder for cash the said above described tract of land, and Isaac W. Sadler being the highest and best bidder for the same, Now be it Known that I Baylis E. Grace Trustee as aforesaid in consideration of the premises and for the further consideration of said sum of one dollar to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold aliened enfeoffed and conveyed, and doth by these presents, grant, bargain sell and convey unto the said Isaac W. Sadler and his heirs forever all the right title and interest which the said Wiley Dickinson had in and to the above described Land and which was conveyed to me by said deed of trust. To have and to hold to said Isaac W. Sadler and his heirs forever, as fully and absolutely as I could of right convey the same, acting in the capacity aforesaid. Given under my hand and seal this 2nd day of February 1846. B. E. Grace trustee as aforesaid and acknowledged that he signed, sealed and delivered the foregoing deed on the day and date thereof for the purposes therein mentioned.
