Nabers This Indenture made and entered into this 19th day of October A.D. 1850 between John Ware and Mary Elizabeth Ware his wife of the first part and Isaac G. Nabers of the second part, all of the County of Jefferson in the State of Alabama; Witnesseth: That whereas the said John & Mary Elizabeth Ware his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Sixteen hundred dollars to them in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained sold and conveyed and both by these presents, grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Isaac G. Nabers and to his heirs and assigns the following described tract of land viz The East half of the South West quarter & the West half of the South East quarter of Section nineteen Township 18 R 3 West, To have and to hold the same to him said Isaac G. Nabers his heirs and assigns forever and they the said John & Mary Elizabeth Ware for themselves their heirs Executors and administrators do warrant and will forever defend the title to the above described and hereby granted land and premises with all the tenements & appurtenances unto the said Isaac G. Nabers and his heirs against the claims of themselves and also against the claims of all other persons whomsoever and against the claims of the General Government.
