James W. Ray (b) 12 May 1832, South Carolina (d) 16 November 1906, Jefferson 
Co., AL. He was married to Malinda Caroline Thompson. Both are buried at 
Midway Cemetery in Adamsville, Jefferson Co., AL.  His grave is marked, but 
there is not much left of the dates and etc., left to read. Malinda’s grave is 
not marked.

This family was enumerated in 1860 Fayette Co., AL, 1870 Shelby Co., AL, 1880

James W. Ray is buried at Midway Cemetery in Adamsville, Jefferson Co., AL. He 
grave is marked, but 
There is not much left of the dates and etc., left to read.
