Literature.  Birmingham News Dated October 3, 1946.

ANDREW OLIVER DAVIS
Funeral services for Andrew Oliver Davis, 86, of Mt. Olive, who died 
yesterday morning at the residence, were to be held at 11 a.m. today at 
Ridout's Chapel, with burial at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Survivors are one 
son J.M. Davis, Mt Olive; five daughters, Miss Mary Davis, Auburn, Ala; 
Mrs. M.A. Crawford, Texas; Mrs. Herbert Lee, Pensacola, Fla.; Mrs. M.S. 
Whitehead, Montgomery; Mrs. S.L. Grubb, Birmingham; 11 grandchildren.
