Obituary of Virginius Pierce Davis - Jefferson Co., AL Obituary found at 
Birmingham Public Library - Tutwiler Collection of Southern History and 
Literature.  Birmingham News Dated April 18, 1928

V. P. DAVIS
Funeral services for V. P. Davis 50, of 1413 Eighteenth Street, Ensley, 
who died Tuesday in a Birmingham hospital will be conducted at 8 p.m. 
Wednesday at Echols & Angwin Funeral Home.  Survivors are the widow and 
one son, William Davis, of Ensley.  The body will be sent to Evergreen, 
Ala. Thursday morning for burial.
