DeJarnette, Mr. Mims Winters, age 93 of 1633 Jefferson Avenue, passed away Thursday morning at the residence.  Survived by his wife, Mrs. Marie McQueen DeJarnette, a number of nieces, nephews and a number of other relatives.  

Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m. from Johns-Ridouts West Chapel, the Rev. Archie Smith officiating.  Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.  

Active pallbearers are Bill Taylor, J. O. Zellner, Hobert Hawkins, Charlie Harrison, H. E. Turney, and W. W. Hooten.  Honorary Palbearers will be the members of the West End Masonic Lodge #713 and members of Zamora Temple.  Johns-Ridouts directing.
