"The Birmingham News" (on microfilm), dated 29 October 1912. Mrs. Daisy Alexander Phillips Mrs. Daisy Alexander Phillips, aged 43 years, died Saturday at her home in Meridian. She was the wife of G.? Phillips, prominently connected with the Southern Railway in Birmingham for many years. Mr. Phillips was a resident of Birmingham 20 years. Mrs. Phillips is survived by her husband, five sons and three daughters. Funeral services over the remains were conducted Sunday afternoon from the home in Meridian.
