H. CHAPPELL, Hueytown; Mrs. J. M. PATTON, Ensley; and Miss Pearl ARGO, Pleasant Grove; 5 stepsons, E. W. Argo, Bessemer; W. C. Argo, B'ham; O. J. Argo, Randolph; M. E. Argo, Concord; G. F. Argo, Pleasant Grove; 2 brother, Joe Nix, Jemison, J. D. Mims, Pratt City; 3 sisters, Mrs. M. L. Cherry, Jemison; Mrs. Joe Glasscock and Mrs. M. E. DEES, both of Sylacauga; 37 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren. Funeral services Friday, 2 p.m. from the Shady Grove Church near Randolph, Rev. O.C. Hickman officiating. Interment adjoining cemetery. The active pallbearers will be 5 grandsons. Angwin-Service, Ensley, directing. Additional Comments: Mimer "Mima" (probably Jemina after her aunt) was the daughter of John Thomas NIX and Penelope Jane Collins. She married 1st Elbert Elisha ARGO after the death of her sister, Martha Amanda Nix. She married 2nd James L Hill. From all indications it was a short marriage.
