Birmingham News - Nov. 13, 1970
PAUL L. WILLIAMS, 69, of East Liverpool, Ohio, who died Tuesday was a native 
of LaGrange, Ga., but had lived in Birmingham most of his life.  Mr. Williams 
was a retired electrician and was a member of Wylam Presbyterian Church with 
burial in Elmwood,Angwin Mortuary directing.  Surviving are two sons, Ronald 
Williams and Donald Williams both of Eatonton, Ga., a step-daughter, Mrs. 
Wesley Montgomery, East Liverpool, Ohio; a step-son, William Ellis, Lake 
Worth, Fla., and a brother, Oscar Williams, Birmingham.
