Additional Comments:
There is a lot of information on the death certificate that I could not make 
out.  My copy came from microfilm obtained from Wallace State Community State 
College in Hanceville, AL.  These copies are hard to read a copy from the State 
of AL would be clear so if you need more info you will need to order the 
orginal.
