Owen O'Hare vs. Susan O'Hare  Bill of Complaint and Cross Bill by deft.
Box 8522 Case No. 716

Genealogical information:
Owen and Susan were married 25 Feb 1893
At time of divorce, three children:  John O'Hare 17, Theressa O'Hare 12, and 
Walter O'Hare 9.  Divorce was granted, custody of Theressa and Walter went to 
Susan.  (No mention of placement of John).  It did mention that Theressa was 
at the time of the proceedings staying in the East Lake Orphanage.

Shown on the 1900 Jefferson Co AL census:
O'Hare, Owen wm 36 b.1894 Ireland, parents Ireland  married 7 years
      ,  Susie wf 25 b.Aug 1874 Pennsylvania         5 ch born, 2 living
      , John wm 4 b.May 1896 AL
      , James wm 5 months, b.Jan 1900 AL

Not found in Jefferson Co AL by those names in 1910 or 1920.
