LAND OFFICE AT MONTGOMERY, ALA
			May 7, 1887
Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his 
intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will 
be made before the Judge of Probate Court at Vernon, Ala on July 2, 1887. viz:  
WILLIAM AUSTIN, Homestead 10-180 for the NW 1/4 SW 1/2 Sec 8 T15, R15 West.
	He __ the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon 
and cultivation of said land, viz:
JAMES E. PENNINGTON, S. P. PENNINGTON, HIRAM HOLLIS, JR., and GREEN B. SANDERS, 
all of Vernon, Ala.
