D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven, Between the legal heirs of LILES BOX Deceased. MARY BOX wife of said Liles Box, MARY A. TURNER, RUHMA ALDRIDGE, MARTHA BOX, LAURA YOUNG, ELIZA BOX, S. J. BOX, Party of the first part, and ARON HERAN, J. W. VAUGHN, C. SHELTON, DANIEL MALLOY, JAS. A. SULLIVAN, ROBERT TURNER, R. D. REDDEN, WILLIAM BROWN, JAMES P. YOUNG, ELIZA WILLIAMS, Trustees Witness that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration for the love and esteem they have for the cause of Christ doth upon the sealing and delivery of the presents, doth give grant, release, confirm, and convey unto the said parties of the second part. (do?) trust all the estate right, title, interest, property claim and demand whatever either in law or equity, which they said Heirs have in and to, of upon all and singular a certain lot or piece of land situated lying and being in the county of Jones, and State of Alabama. To unit: Thirty-eight rods East and West corners of the North west fourth of the North West quarter of Section Ten of Township Fifteen of Range Sixteen West. 5 acres, 150 rod. for the benefit of a place of public worship for the Methodist Episcopal church South, for the ministers of said church to preach at, and to expand God's Holy Word therein. BOX, whose names are assigned to the foregoing conveyance and who are well known to me acknowledged before me this day that being informed of the contents of said conveyance they signed the same voluntarily, the day the same below date.
