With sad regret we chronicle the death of Mr. PHILLIP RUSH, of our town, who 
departed this life on last Tuesday morning, after severe illness of several 
days.  The deceased was 84 years of age, and one of the oldest and best 
citizens of the county and leaves a large family of children and grandchildren 
to mourn his death, to whom we extend our heart felt sympathy.  The remains 
were interred on yesterday near Fernbank.
