A BRILLIANT WEDDING
Detroit, Sept. 30 – Mr. MURRAY A. COBB, one of Sulligent’s most prominent 
businessmen was married on last Thursday evening to Miss LONIE ARCHER, of his 
place. The marriage took place at the residence of the bride’s parents, Dr. and 
Mrs. J. S. STANLEY, Rev. G. L. HEWITT, of Jasper, officiating.
	The parlors were beautifully and expensively decorated and lighted, and 
take it all and all it was the grandest social feast Detroit has ever had.  
Mrs. COBB is a lovely young lady, cultured and refined, and while we regret to 
lose her we are proud to know that in Mr. COBB she finds a worthy husband with 
many noble and manly qualities, and we can only wish for them the truest 
happiness of which they are so worthy.
