MADDOX, Clerk Fifty Dollars fine for failing to return this license. The State of Alabama, Lamar County Know all men by these presents that we, J. E. PUGH AND J. S. MIXON are held and firmly bound unto the state of Alabama, in the penal sum of Two Hundred Dollars, for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, and each and every one of our heirs, executors, and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated the 21 day of October A. D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirteen. The Conditions of the above obligation is such that whereas, the above bound J. E. PUGH has obtained license to intermarry, and be joined in the Bonds of Matrimony with MISS VICTORIA ISBELL. Now if there be no lawful cause why such marriage should not be celebrated, then this obligation to be void; otherwise, to remain in full force and effect. J. E. PUGH (his mark) J. S.
