Know ye, that you are hereby authorized and licensed to join together in the Bonds of Matrimony, W. R. MYERS and MISS PERMILY H. ISBELL Given under my hand in office this the 3 day of December AD 1901. R. L. BRADLEY, Judge of Probate The State of Alabama, Lamar County I hereby certify that on the 5th day of December AD 1901 I solemized the Rites of Matrimony between W R. MYERS and MISS PERMILY H. ISBELL at BRIDE'S HOUSE in said County. Witness this 5th day of DECEMBER, AD 1901. W. R. COLLIER, J.P. Fifty Dollars fine for failing to return this license. THE STATE OF ALABAMA LAMAR COUNTY Know all men by these preesents, that we, W. R. MYERS and J. R. JUSTICE are held and firmly bound unto the State of Alabama in the penal sum of Two Hundred Dollars for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, and each amd every of our heirs, executors, and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by those presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated the 3 day of December AD One Thousand Nine Hundred and One. The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound W. R. MYERS has obtained license to intermarry and be joined in the Bonds of Matrimony with MISS PERMILY H. ISBELL. Now, if there be no lawful cause why such marriage should not be celebrated, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. W. R. MYERS (L.S.) J. R. JUSTICE (L. S.)
