THE STATE OF ALABAMA
LAMAR COUNTY PROBATE COURT
To any of the State Judges, or to any licensed Minister of the Gospel, or to 
any Justice of the Peace of the said County.   Know ye, that you are hereby 
authorized and licensed to join together in the Bonds of Matrimony, 
WM. T. JUSTICE and MISS MARY B. ISBELL Given under my hand in office this the 
31st day of January AD 1901.

I hereby certify that on the 3rd day of February AD 1901 I solemized the Rites 
of Matrimony between WM. T. JUSTICE and MISS MARY B. ISBELL at THE HOME OF THE 
BRIDE in said County.  
Witness this  3 day of FEBRUARY, AD 1901.     J. J. WEEKS, J.P.  
Fifty Dollars fine for failing to return this license.

THE STATE OF ALABAMA   LAMAR COUNTY
Know all men by these preesents, that we, WM. T. JUSTICE and AARON ROBERTSON 
are held and firmly bound unto the State of Alabama in teh penal sum of Two 
Hundred Dollars for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind 
ourselves, and each amd every of our heirs, executors, and administrators, 
jointly and severally, firmly by those presents.  Sealed with our seals, and 
dated the 31st day of January  AD One Thousand Nine Hundred and One.
     The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above 
bound WM. T. JUSTICE has obtained license to intermarry and be joined in the 
Bonds of Matrimony with MISS MARY B. ISBELL.  Now, if there be no lawful cause 
why such marriage should not be celebrated, then this obligation to be void, 
otherwise to remain in full force and effect.

presented, from J. A. ISBELL, is a genuine order signed by him and is intended 
by him to authorize R. L. BRADLEY, Judge of Probate to issue marriage licnese 
for his daughter, MARY B. ISBELL to marry WM. T. JUSTICE.
