Probate Court
To any of the state judges, or to any licensed minister of the Gospel, or to 
any Justice of the Peace of the said County:
     Know ye that you are hereby authroized and licenseed to join together in 
the bonds of Matrimony JOHN ESTILL and MISS EDDIE J. LUCAS.
     Given under my hand at office, this 2 day of May , 1906.

I hereby certify that on the 6 day of May 1906 I solemized the Rites of 
Matrimony between JOHN ESTILL and MISS EDDIE J. LUCAS at THE HOME OF THE BRIDE 
in said county. Witness this 7 day of May 1906.

The State of Alabama, Lamar County
Know all men by these presents that we, JOHN ESTILL AND BOB SIMMONSare held 
and firmly bound unto the state of Alabama, in the penal sum of Two Hundred 
Dollars, for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind 
ourselves, and each and every one of our heirs, executors, and administrators, 
jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
     Sealed with our seals, and dated the 2 day of MAY A. D. One Thousand Nine 
Hundred and SIX.
     The Conditions of the above obligation is such that whereas, the above 
bound JOHN ESTILL has obtained license to intermarry, and be joined in the 
Bonds of Matrimony with MISS EDDIE J. LUCAS.
     Now if there be no lawful cause why such marriage should not be 
celebrated, then this obligation to be void; otherwise, to remain in full 
force and effect.

Taken and approved the 2 day of May 1906.
