On Sunday night, the 2nd inst, at the residence of the bride’s father, JUDGE W. 
H. MATTHEWS, at Hamilton, Ala., Mr. JOHN L. WHITE and Miss LENA MATTHEWS were 
united in the Holy bonds of Matrimony.  The young couple are well known in our 
town.  We extend our hearty congratulations, and wish them a long, happy and 
prosperous life.
