Jasper Newton Hammond was born in Lauderdale County to William Hammond and Mary Emaline Cox. Jasper is buried at Maple Hill Cemetery, Huntsville, Al. He died 1952 in the VA Hospital at Nashville, TN. He was a veteran of the Spanish American War. Lela Jane Burch was born in Randolph County, Al to James Ceborn Burch and Adeline Josephine Eubanks. All three buried at Mitchell Cemetery, Anderson, Al. Helen Estelle Hammond married Allen David Burns, son of Rufus Huburt Burns and Minnie Lee Hand. Helen and Allen are buried at Freewill Cemetery, West Jefferson, Jefferson County, Al with two of their children, David and Nancy, that died at birth. One daughter Martha born 1933, died 2003 and is buried at Ft Worth, Tx. One daughter living. Lillian Odessa Hammond never married. Olma D Hammond married Roy Snoddy. They had 4 children. Lavada Pauline Hammond was know by her middle name. She married Herman D Garner after his service in WW2 and they lived out their lives in Anderson, Al. They had one son. James Paskal (Pascle) Hammond never married.
