 1877-78 QUIT CLAIM DEED  Dated:  December 25, 1877   Filed:  January 12, 1878  
   Recorded:  Vol 22, pages 295-96     
BESHEBA HOLLAND, JOHN L. HOLLAND, PHOEBE GEORGE & WILLIAM HOLLAND  to JANE 
HOLLAND   Consideration:    Ten dollars to us in hand paid by JANE HOLLAND, of 
the same county and state, the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged.    
Conveys:    To the said JANE HOLLAND all our and each of our right, title, 
interest and claims in or to the following described lands in Alabama:   With 
other lands.   Also the East half of the North East quarter of Section 18, 
Township 2, Range 11 West, containing 80 acres.  Also, the West half of Section 
17 containing 320 acres.  Also, the South East quarter of section 17, 
containing 160 acres.  Also, the West half of the North East quarter of section 
17, containing 80 acres.  Also, the South East quarter of the North East 
quarter of section 17 in Township 2, Range 11 West containing 40 acres.  Signed 
in presence of   EMUAL S. GREGORY & J.B. HIPPS(his x mark);  WILLIAM HOLLAND, 
JOHN HOLLAND, PHEBE GEORGE, BASHABA HOLLAND(her x mark).
