To my beloved wife, Agness Reeder, my tract of land on which I live and adjoin- ing land until her death and after her death, lands sold and money divided equally among all my children. Also to my wife negroes: Primas, Milley and her child Clark. Nancy and her child John, Tom and Daniel during her life, and after her death equally divided among all the natural heirs of my wife's body,namely.William Harris Reeder, Nancy Elizabeth Reeder, Rebecca Jane Reeder, Agness Elmind Reeder and Rac- hel Young Reeder. Also to my wife, all my household and kitchen furniture, stock of every kind, wagonand yoke of oxen, all my plantation tools and geering, my crop on hand, my bee stands, my rifle Gun and my leather in tan and after her death to be equally divided among her own children. To my daughter, Stacy Garrett, my negro Boy Moses. To my son, Thomas Reeder, my negro Girl Mary. To my daughter, Ailey Campbell, my negro Girl Martha. To my daughter, Margaret Spain, my boy Peter. To my daughter, Mary Ann Reeder, my negro boy To my son David Dunba Reeder, my negro girl Fanny. To my Granddaughter, Nancy Ann Fowler $400 raised out of money due me to be put to interest annually after collected until she is of age, and the interest thereof, and, if there is a surplus, that to my wife. Additional Comments: I think David Dunba should be spelled Dunbar and I am not sure about the name Elmind I have seen if Agness Elmira.
