Jackson be appointed guardian of _______ Berryman a bastard child of Ann Craft and he having entered in to bond as guardian general of Lawrence County continued as the law directs it is the therefore ordered by the court that father of guardianship issue to him accordingly. Note; This came from the Alabama State Archives, Mr. Maryland said there had been no name placed in front of Berryman.
