To the Sheriff of Lawrence Co. Alabama. We command you that the goods, chattles,
lands and tenements of Francis Moody & John T. Farley of your county, you cause to
be made the sum of sixty dollars and sixty eighty 7 3/4 cents, debt; and the sum of
4 dollars and twenty cents, damage, together with the sum of Thirteen dollars and
Sixty two & 1/2 cents cost, which J.O &W.G. Doyle __ Gregg & Johnson late at the
January term of our County Court for said county, recovered against the said Francis
Moody & John T. Farley for debt, damage and cost, as appears to us of records; and
have you the said monies before the Judge of our next county court to be held for
said county, ready to render to the said J( & W.G. Doyle for their debt, damage and
cost and have you then there this write:
Witness: John Gallaghn Esq Clerk of our said Court at office the 10 day of Jan 1824
and of American Independence the forty eighth year.
