Copied from Microfilm OC Minutes K pg 58-59 Minutes Orphans Court December 1849 On the application of Amos Jarman, Executor of the last will and Testament of Anny Harvey deceased; for a final settlement of his Executorship and he having heretofore to wit at the October Term of this court in the year 1849 filed his accounts and vouchers of his said Final Settlement with the Court, and the same having been duly examined and an account thereof stated by the Judge of said Court and thirty days notice thereof having been given by advertisements posted up at the door of the Courthouse in the town of Moulton, andat three other public places in said county agreeably to law and in pursuance of an order made at the said October term 1849 and the same having been regularly continued and no one havaing appeared to contest said settlement, it is now ordered by the Court that the account as sstated and reported as aforesaid be allowed and that the same with the proceedings had in said settlement to be recorded on the minutes of said Court at the present term thereof which are in the words and figures following to wit: Amos Jarman Executor of the last will and testament of Ann Harvey, deceased. Where upon it is ordered by the Court that Mary A. Farley appointed guardian pendente lite for William H. Farley, John A. Farley, James T. Farley and Frederick F. Farley minor heirs of said Ann Harvey deceased and it is hereby considered adjudged and decreed by the court that said Amos Jarman, Executor of said estate pay over the aforementioned balance to the heirs of said estate in the following portions to wit to Susan R. Neal the sum of Four Hundred and Nine dollars Twenty four and one quarter cents. [$409.24 1/4] To Ann Dukemanier and Jessee Dukemanier for the use of said Ann Dukemanier the sum of One Hundred and Two dollars and Thirty One cents. To John M. Moody the sum of One Hundred and Two dollars and Thirty One cents. To Francis M. Moody One Hundred and Two dollars and Thirty One cents. To Martha W. Moody One Hundred and Two dollars and Thirty One cents. To William H. Farley by his said Guardian Mary A. Farley the sum One Hundred and Two dollars and Thirty One cents. To John A. Farley by his said Guardian Pendente lite the sum of One Hundred and Two dollars and Thirty One cents. To James T. Farley by his said Guardian Mary A. Farley the sum One Hundred and Two dollars and Thirty One cents. To Frederick F. Farley by his said Guardian Pendente lite the sum of One Hundred and Two dollars and Thirty One cents. It is further ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that the aforementioned heirs who are of lawful age recover of the said Executor by themselves and the said minors by their Guardian Pendente lite the aforementioned distribution portions besides their cost by them in this behalf expended and it is further ordered that the foregoing exhibit be received as final settlement of Amos Jarman Executor of the last will and testament of said Ann Harvey deceased as aforesaid Dec 5, 1850. Wiley Gallaway Clerk Test {blank] On the application of Amos Jarman Executor of the last will and testament of Ann Harvey deceased, it is ordered by the Court that the receipts of the heirs and distributors be spread on the minutes of this Court which said receipts are in the words and figures following to wit: Received of Amos Jarman Executor of the last will and testament of Ann Harvey dec'd Three Hundred and Eight One dollars & Sixty Eight cents it being the full amount of the interest that my mother Susan A. Neal had in the Estate of her mother, Ann Harvey dec'd and which was this day settled up by said Amos Jarman and paid to me. Given under my hand & seal this 11th January 1849 William H. Neal For Susan R. Neal Received of Amos Jarman Executor of the last will & Testament of Ann Harvey dec'd Three Hundred and Eighty one dollars & Sixty Eight cents, it being the full amount of the interest that we the heirs of Joanna B. Dukemanier had in the Estate of Ann Harvey dec'd the names of the legatees as follows: John M. Moody, his amount or distribution share $95.42. Jesse Dukemanier his share amounting to $95.42. Francis M. Moody his amount $95.42. Total amount of shares as set forth in this receipt amounts to $381.68. Given under our hand and seals this the 11th day of January 1849. John M. Moody Joanna B.
