McGhee administrator On the application of Henry A. McGhee administrator of the estate of Elizabeth Crittenden late of said county deceased this ordered by the same court that he make final settlement of his said administration of the estate at the next session of this court to be holden at the court house in the town of Moulton on the third Monday in September next and that forty days notice thereof be given by the publication of this order in the Moulton Democrat a newspaper published in the town of Moulton required all persons interested to appear and contest if they choose. Ordered that William H. Salmon be appointed as guardian ______of the minor heirs of Elizabeth Crittenden late of said county deceased to guard their interest in the final settlement ____by Henry A. McGhee's administration of said deceased's estate and what remains open to him accordingly
