Chancery Probate Court 1845 Estate of Ruben Rucker - Lawrence County Alabama                

On the application of Archibald Stovalls administrator of the estate of Ruben 
Rucker deceased and he having defiled his vouchers it is ordered by the court 
that he make final settlement of his said administration at the court house in 
the town of Moulton on the 2nd Monday in March next in that he given forty days 
notice thereof by posting up advertisement as the sole direct requiring all 
persons interested in said settlement to appear and contest if they choose.
