That all her property does not exceed four hundred dollors in value and that her annual income from all sources does not exceed four hundred dollars.She therefore respectfully asls your honorable board to place her name upon the pension rolls of the State as a member in the fourth class that she may participate in the diision of the fund provided for the relief of needy Confederate soldiers and saliors nd their widows by an act of the general assembly of AL.approved Feb.10,1899.
