Probate Court, Lee County, December 12th, 1874 Came this day said Executor, and filed his petition for an order to sell the Lands belonging to the Estate of Decedent for payment of debt of said estate, which is set for hearing the first Monday in February next. Notice is therefore hereby given to all parties interested to appear at the Term of the Court aforesaid, and contest the same if they think proper. Given under my hand this 12th day of December 1874.
