Probabe Court, January 5, 1875 Came this day said Administrator and presented his report and statement setting forth that the estate of said decedent is insolvent, which report and statements are filed and set for hearing the 2nd Monday in February next. Notice is therefore hereby given to the creditors, of said estate and to all persons interested, of the filings of said reports and statements, and the day set for hearing the same, to appear at the Term of the Court aforesaid, and contest the same, if they think proper.
