KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Green Fuller, for and in consideration 
of the sum of two hundred and fifty ($250.00) Dollars to me in hand paid by 
W.H.J. and J.H.G. Ramsey the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I do 
grant, bargain, sell and convey to said W.H.J Ramsey and J.H.G. Ramsey, the 
following described real estate, to wit:

The North half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Thirty five (35), in 
Township Eighteen (18) Range Twenty seven (27) containing eighty acres, more 
or less, and the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty 
five (35), Township eighteen (18), Range Twenty seven (27), containing forty 
acres, more or less.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the said W.H.J. Ramsey and J.A.G. Ramsey, their heirs 
and assigns, for-ever.

By my hand and seat, this 9th day of February, A.D. 1872

I, W.A.J. Ramsey, A Justice of the Peace, in said County, hereby certify that 
Green Fuller, ------ name is signed to the foregoing conveyance, and who is 
known to me, ackowledged before me on this day, that being informed of the 
contents of the conveyance, he executed the same ----  on the day the same 
bears date.

Under my hand, this the 9th day of February, 1872
