I, H.H. Johnson, being first duly sworn, do depose and say that I have for the past 25 years been well acquainted with the possession and ownership of the following described premises, NE 1/4 Sec. 35, -18-27 (80 acre tract) SW 1/4 of SE1/2, Dec. 35-18-27 (20 acre tract) and SE 1/2 Sec. 35,18-27 (40 acre tract) also Sec. 35, 18-27 (160 acre tract) now owned by J.A.G. Ramsey and Amanda C.Ramsey, and upon which they made application to collier and Pinckard to negotiate a loan for him of $600.00 date Oct. 7, 1887; that I have no interest in said land, nor in the loan sought to be obtained; that James H. Ramsey went into posession of first named 80 acre tract in 1853, and remained in possession until 1863, when he died leaving as his only heirs at law James A.G. Ramsey, Wm. A. J. Ramsey and Matilda Word (an unmarried woman) who are all over 39 years of age. They sold to Cherry and Preston in 1873 - Cherry and Preston sold to James A.G. Ramsey in 1875. Green Fuller went into possession of the above namee(sic) 20 acce(sic) tract prior to 1860 and remained (pg 247) until 1873, when he sold to David Echols. Thomas Echols went into possession of the above named 40 acre tract prior to 1867, remained until 1873, when he conveyed to David Echols, who sold both the last named tracts to David Fuller in 1875. That said parties and those who hold under them have been in the peaceable, quiet, continuous, open, notorious, adverse and hostile possession of said land, under a claim of title ____ tiie (sic) they went into possession of samr (sic) to date- holding possession and claiming title to same adversly to all the world, claring and cultivating land building fences and other valuable improvements thereon and execising various acts of ownership over the same. The Mustian has claimed title to SW1/4 Sec. 36-18- 27 and no one has ever disputed his title or claimed adversly to him. (sign here). H. H.
