WALTON & his wife, MARY E. WALTON sold 1/3 interest in property in Opelika, Ala. to MARGARET S. LONG. For the sum of eight hundred & fifty dollrs ($850.00) Thos. M. Walton and Mary E. Walton, his wife, sold to Margaret S. Long the following described real estate, to-wit: One undivided third interest to each of the certain lots in the town of Opelika, being our entire third interest in the said two lots known in the plan of said town plan as lots Number Two (2) and three (3) and block number twelve (12). Lot Number Two (2) being two hundred feet square- number three (3) a fraction and being a portion of the section Number seven (7) in Township nineteen (19) Range twenty seven (27). Signed Thos. M. Thomas Marion WALTON graduated from August Medical College in 1850 and served in the CSA.
