Written: February 14, 1885

RECORD BOOK A-1  Page 370 Dated July 25, 1887  M.E. WALTON & T.M. WALTON sold 
a house & lot in Opelika to H.B.T. MONTGOMERY and T.L. PENN  For the sum of 
thirteen hundred dollars ($1,300.00) M.E. & T.M. Walton sold to H.B.T. 
MONTGOMERY & T.L. PENN the following real estate, to-wit:
A certain house & lot in the town of Opelika known and designated in the town 
plan as lots Numbered one (1) and eight (8) and thirty feet of lots Number two 
(2) and seven (7) on the line of one (1) and eight (8) making one hundred and 
thirty (130) feet front and running back at right angles entirely across the 
block it being a portion of block eighteen (18) Section seven (7) township 
nineteen (19) and Range twenty seven (27). Witnessed & Signed by J.H. TUCKER, 
Justice of the Peace
